1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through Next Legend’s website, wholesale portals, authorized resellers, and Shopify listings (including item NL-SS01). By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Account & Eligibility

Orders are for wholesale buyers, retailers, and authorized business customers only.

You must provide valid business info, resale certificates, or tax documents as required.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.

3. Order & Contract

Order submission constitutes an offer; we accept by confirming shipment or payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, policy violations, or suspected fraud.

Orders for made‑to‑order, custom, private‑label, or small‑batch production are binding once confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices in USD unless stated otherwise.

Prices subject to change without prior notice; confirmed orders locked at order time.

Payment methods: credit card, wire transfer, net terms (approved buyers only).

Net terms: Must be paid within the agreed period; late payments may incur fees.

Taxes: Buyer is responsible for all applicable sales, excise, or import duties where required.

5. Product Information

Descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and specs are for reference; minor variations may occur.

Stock levels are dynamic; we may substitute or cancel out‑of‑stock items.

For Shopify item  NL-SS01: MOQ = 4 units per style/color.

6. Production & Custom Services

Private label, custom tags, exclusive samples, small‑batch production, and fabric development available upon request.

Production timelines provided at order confirmation; delays may occur due to material or logistics issues.

Custom or personalized items are non‑returnable unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs, images, and content are property of Next Legend or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

Not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (loss of profit, business interruption, etc.).

Not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

9. Modifications & Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to new orders immediately upon posting online.
